Produces 2 food initially, and increasing amouts of food per level, for a max of either 6 or 8 (can't remember). Each settlement piece will also require varying amounts of protection, which can put your defense in the negative if you're using the HUD, OR will make it show 999 if using the vanilla settlement info (because it can't show negative).Again I.REALLY. recommend watching the videos. They are insanely helpful, and you really won't understand everything and be able to use the mod well without at least watching the first 3-4. Originally posted by:can someone give me the rundown on the ASAM sensors? I watched his quickstart video and he mentions you need them but he didnt actually show how their supposed to be used. They are part of the material needed for the plots. Run out of sensors and you can't make more residential, commercial, and industry.

Make more at the chemestry station but how do they WORK? Do you have to put them on the actual ground or do they just stay in your inventory? I have a bunch in my misc section but cant find them in my workshop or have the option to plant them anywheres. Originally posted by:They are part of the material needed for the plots. Mar 21, 2017 Red is residental plot - under special section in build menu Green is farm plot same place Yellow is instrusdial plot same place Blue is Commercial Every settlers need residental plot, food and water Water is in normal section in build menu Food you get in farm plot, farm plot will upgrade and produce more food over time 2 - 12 food. Sim Settlements does not handle vertical stacking well, at all. But I never had issues snapping sim settlement plots next to existing, developed plots. You did get a growing fascist-like.
Steel, wood and that kind of stuff, it shows there that you will need one in your inventory to build a plot.Just think of it like wood or steel or circuitry or something. Originally posted by:ok, thats what i was wondering thanks guys. Because he mentioned them in the quick start video but didnt say they were just a component. I was thinking they were like the tripwires where you put them from one side to the other and it tells your settlers how far from the original plot they can keep building to.Nah, the plots are all pre-sized, you'll see when you install the mod.
They're all 2x2 and snappable, so it makes building with them super easy. Effing love this mod. I use it on every settlement where it will fit now, with maybe 2 exceptions. Best thing too, you can download expansions made by others for some variety. Originally posted by:ok, thats what i was wondering thanks guys. Because my residential plots wouldnt snap together. Originally posted by:Nah, the plots are all pre-sized, you'll see when you install the mod. They're all 2x2 and snappable, so it makes building with them super easy. Effing love this mod.

Because my residential plots wouldnt snap together,Pretty sure he said that in one of his updates. Might be that the freeform ones snap to other things and not each other though, but I know for certain the wood and concrete ones snap to each other.
As Sim Settlements 2 is a sequel, it evolves on the gameplay introduced in the original. With loads more features and buildings for you to dive into, you can create your own settlements, or let them be fully automated. The choice is yours! 2ff7e9595c
