Chronosync (CS) has a unique way of backing from iCloud, particularly iCloud Drive. Rather than treating iCloud as being the /Library/Mobile Documents folder, CS has a special connector for iCloud. Using the connecter as a source, it detects when a file has been evicted, downloads it (in the background) and puts it into the destination folder. Great article. My daughter has a failing drive on her new Macbook and I will be using this article for the restore process. Since Windows 7 has the option to create an image copy to an external device and a restore CD to be used to boot to start the restore, is there any reason for Winclone?
